1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, if you receive the wrong product, or if the item has missing parts or accessories. To qualify for a return, the request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. A valid order number or proof of purchase is also required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for used appliances, items not received in their original packaging, products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse, or items sold as clearance or final-sale products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at contact@indiancookingmart.com with your order number and details of the issue. Our support team will verify the request and provide return instructions. Once the return is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.
4. Replacements
If the product qualifies, we offer a free replacement for items that are damaged or defective. Replacement shipping charges may vary depending on your location.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In cases that meet the eligibility criteria, Indian Cooking Mart will cover the return shipping cost.
